You cannot see the sub count on your Android or iOS app. But here’s a workaround.

Open your preferred browser on your phone.
Go to youtube.com. (It has to be opened in a browser tab).
Select the three dots on the top-right corner if you are using Chrome and ‘Options’ on Safari.
Select ‘Desktop Site.’
Now, go to Studio from your channel.
Select the Recent subscribers’ card in the Dashboard.
Choose ‘See all’ to review all your subs.
